Accepting New Clients for 2023
Partial listing of QEC Horses and clients and their horses that I have had the opportunity to ride and train over the past few years.
Before I scheduled my first lesson with Susan, I was admittedly intimidated by all her accolades and credentials - she said she would work with all levels of horse & rider, but I was still uncertain that someone of her riding caliber & experience was actually interested in working with my low level dressage aspirations. On top of that, it had been months since I'd had a lesson or been riding consistently, so I was rusty to say the least. It turned out I had nothing to be worried about in the slightest. Prior to even meeting, Susan took the time to call and talk through my goals, current situation, and answer all my questions.
During our lessons Susan takes the time to explain the 'why' behind everything that she asks me to do, and she proactively reframes instruction over and over until it clicks for me. I have found that she expertly balances a demand for quality and correctness with encouragement and positivity; I always leave our lessons feeling like I not only learned so much, but also that I genuinely had FUN!
Of particular note, Susan is extremely accommodating and understanding of my "amateur adult" work/life balance, something I've found very difficult to find but something that I appreciate so very much. I feel extremely lucky to have the opportunity to ride with Susan; my horses & I have progressed leaps and bounds already from our first training session together and I can't wait to see how we continue to progress this year under her continued guidance!

Susan was highly recommended to me by many sources as the best dressage trainer to work with and advertises and advocates teaching riders of all levels. She was the only trainer that sounded like the perfect trainer to help me with my dressage goals for me and my very young hot and heavy off the track thoroughbred.
Susan has been extremely professional, personable, timely, and reliable since scheduling the first lesson several months ago. I was nervous because it had been along time since taking a lesson and this was my first introduction into dressage. She has been constantly amazing and understanding that this is new for me and my horse. She is happy to answer any questions I have and explains the why, how, when, and where about everything she is asking me to do. Each aid and instruction is thoroughly explained and demonstrated and she reinforces her instruction to make sure I understand it. She is extremely knowledgeable and never hesitates to give her students everything she's got and more. I have developed confidence as a rider and with her patience and guidance I feel like I can actually achieve my goals. Susan reassures me that my goals are possible with drive and hard work. The amount of improvement that has occurred in just a few months due to Susan's wonderful guidance is amazing. I cannot begin to tell you that if you need a trainer that is honest and motivated to help you, you owe it to yourself to contact Susan. Because of her training I was able to show my horse for the first time and received Champion with four first places. She has taught me how to be an effective rider and with correct dressage basics, I am now able to to ride with a feeling and better understanding to help my horse be more flexible, responsive, balanced, and obedient and at the same time I am becoming a dressage rider. Thank you Susan for being an incredible trainer, friend, and mentor.

This is a long form text area designed for your content that you can fill up with as many words as your heart desires. You can write articles, long mission statements, company policies, executive profiles, company awards/distinctions, office locations, shareholder reports, whitepapers, media mentions and other pieces of content that don’t fit into a shorter, more succinct space.
Articles – Good topics for articles include anything related to your company – recent changes to operations, the latest company softball game – or the industry you’re in. General business trends (think national and even international) are great article fodder, too.
Mission statements – You can tell a lot about a company by its mission statement. Don’t have one? Now might be a good time to create one and post it here. A good mission statement tells you what drives a company to do what it does.
Company policies – Are there company policies that are particularly important to your business? Perhaps your unlimited paternity/maternity leave policy has endeared you to employees across the company. This is a good place to talk about that.
Executive profiles – A company is only as strong as its executive leadership. This is a good place to show off who’s occupying the corner offices. Write a nice bio about each executive that includes what they do, how long they’ve been at it, and what got them to where they are.
